Volunteer Hours Google Form Template
(You must be logged into your Google account, then click the “use template” button on the upper right).
Once you have a copy, it is helpful to change the name in the upper left to your Firewise community.
You will need to delete all other Firewise groups in the field “Firewise USA Site you participate in” by clicking the X to remove communities that aren’t yours.
There are 3 tabs across the form. The middle tab are were Responses will go. You can set up a spreadsheet by clicking “View In Sheets” in the upper right of the Responses tab. Once the spreadsheet is created you don’t need to create it again.
You can get a link to send the form to your community members by clicking the “Send” button in the upper right of the form.
Click the link button and a link will appear for you to copy and paste and send to your members.
